Guild Master
A guild master is a person with the entirety of his or her company at their disposal, financially and sometimes physically.
Qualifications
Climbing the corporate ladder is the only way to obtain the rank of Guild Master unless you are a relative of the current Guild Master, which can make the path to Masterhood as easy as asking your cousin for a job.
Requirements
The requirements of becoming the ruler of a guild vary widely depending on what guild, but most guilds require some list of conditions on what people who will become a guild master have to be or do.
Appointment
A new guild master must be appointed by the previous guild leader, by signing the proper paperwork in some sort of legal building or site.
Duties
A guild master must manage the financials of an entire business while also making the main decisions of the guild, such as expanding to other locations or deciding what contracts to take on.
Responsibilities
A guild leader must make the right decisions for their guild to keep them financially intact. If his or her decisions are not sufficient for the state of the guild, his rank can be revoked and a new leader is chosen.
Benefits
A guild master usually acquires between 10% and 70% of all company wealth, with the rest being saved for purposes of expansion.
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
Inefficient use of a companies finances embezzlement can result in a person being revoke of his or her status and given to the next in line, having a mutiny if necessary.
