The Steel Syndicate

It is rare for anyone to go through Peloch without at least a dagger on their hip. While not all weapons are made by the Syndicate, and not all weaponsmiths and armorers are guild members, the best weapons and armor are made by Steel Syndicate smiths. The White Stone mercenaries and the Tenacious Trappers Guild trust only the Steel Syndicate to make weapons for their members. They are also the sole provider of weapons and armor for both the Watch and the Guard.

Hetzipi is also one of the people responsible for bringing firearm manufacturing to Peloch. As a Mul in Tsfun Berg, she often felt ostracized by her dwarven peers. She developed an interest in tinkering, which led her to join one of the gunsmithing guilds. Thanks to her natural curiosity and exceptional skills, she quickly moved up the ranks of the guild. Several of her peers began to resent her swift rise, and they arranged a scandal that left her banished from her home city.

She made her way to Peloch and joined the Steel Syndicate. She quickly proved her skills and began to attract the notice of the guild leadership. She leveraged the promise of the secrets of gunsmithing and her natural skill to become the new Guild Master. Since taking over the guild six years ago, she has completely changed the landscape of the Wild Winds Desert by making guns more prevalent and available for nondwarves. It is widely believed she is destined for the next available seat on the Lesser Council.
