- After their interactions with the Sovereign of the Sands the party is approached by Ilmahn, a founding member of the Wandering Oasis. They are a devout worshipper and follower of Azirapheal.
They tell the party that they have been sent to lead the party to Peloch to meet with Azirapheal. The journey should take about 12 days.
- As they begin to travel south Patxi notices something strange. The mountains seem to curl inwards toward the desert as though they are the outer edges of a huge impact crater.
- The first two days pass without particular incident. O
- On the third day, Patxi hears crying on the wind and follows it to find a blind man in strange clothes. His name is Phaegor, and he says he was just in Arovain, in Lenoria, and suddenly was here in the desert.
The party agrees to escort him to Peloch with them.
- Grounding Stones--Something that solved the magic problem in Lenoria. Buried into the earth, and absorb wild magic that builds up in Lenoria.
- Day 5 is exceptionally hot. Phaegor gives puzzles to Nebet and Aneksi, promising that if they solve them, it will reveal a truth about themselves.
The party becomes suspicious of Phaegor, who reveals himself to be an Arch Devil, and vanishes, leaving a small gear sitting in the sand that Haprah can use to summon him and bargain for a weapon of great power.
- Day 6. Fihr smells wood smoke, and he and Patxi go to investigate and find a fiery dryad trying to burn a Stonewood tree. "The prisons must burn. The trees must burn after the great crash."--Burning Dryad
The dryad reacts poorly to Selenia and attacks the party and her pair of Sanddrift Drakes. Unfortunately, some Wailing Winds rise up, and the party is affected strongly by the confusion of the winds.
- Day 7: Dangerously hot, the party decides to ride out the worst part of the day in the tent to avoid the danger.
As they are resting, suddenly Al'Shar, the Guardian Naga, pushes into the tent and tells them that her wife is dying and they must help. She says her wife is dying due to whatever the Sovereign is doing to the Infinite Prison, trying to open it.
They must travel to an island on the plane of water and retrieve magical healing water from a guarded spring. The party agrees, and the Naga opens a portal to the plane of water, dropping the party into the Infinite Ocean.
Ut-oh, many of the parties can't swim, and hijinx ensues. They nearly drown, and Nebet and Aneksi are rescued by the Great Dragon of the Eastern Wind.
The Dragon retrieves the healing water. Patxi collects shells and gives everyone a shell. That night Haprah chucks Belphagor's Cog as far as she can into the desert.
- Day 8: The party falls asleep in slumber sand and dreams of a frozen, barren land surrounded by a maelstrom of razor-sharp ice. A woman, bleeding from hundreds of wounds, stands with a black sword in her hand. Just as she strikes two other combatants, the party wakes.
- Day 9: Extreme heat again. Fihr stumbles into a camp of blue-robed, blue-headbanded worshippers of Solanil, "Blessing of the mother of water upon you!!"
The cultists are excited to see Aneksi and rush her away. They have come to form a new oasis and see the arrival of Aneksi as a sign of Solanil's blessing, a great feast is prepared.
Nebet is oiled, massaged, and enjoys the company of a pair of cultists. When the party goes to sleep, the leader of the cultists poisons Aneksi, knocking her out.
Patxi stays up late to star gaze and catches the leader bringing Aneksi out. He helps bring Aneksi into the pit and watches while hidden but doesn't catch the sacrifice before the cultist leader stabs Aneksi.
Patxi tackles the cult leader with a flying leap and kills her with Aneksi's permission. The party gathers their stuff and leaves under cover of darkness.
- Day 10: It is once again extremely hot. The party pushes on to put some distance between themselves and the cult. Fihr puts his foot in a viper pit, and two three-headed cobras come out. Aneksi smites the snakes, and they dissolve into goo. Later that day, the party is followed by ten snakes slithering through the air.
- Day 11: The party comes across a geodesic dome greenhouse with a half-elf druid tending it. Nebet trips off of cactus juice. Aneksi toys with her disks all that night. When Patxi asks her about it, and asks if she should step in if something is harming her, she says "sure" to get them to go away. The party stays in the dome overnight and heads out in the morning.
- Day 12: The day feels less hot for most of the day, but suddenly the heat of the previous days fills the winds as the party is struck with furnace winds. The party weathers the winds by digging holes and sheltering in the ground. Fihr, Ilmahn, and Patxi collect the furnace glass that formed from the blazing hot furnace winds. That night, Aneksi is again absorbed by the disks. When Patxi sees this (the third night without sleep), they put themselves between Aneksi and the disks, and then take the disks away. Aneksi attacks Patxi, trying to get the disks back. The others wake up, and restrain Aneksi. Nebet lets the spirit of Azeraphaele possess her and breaks the curse on Aneksi. In the morning, a tabaxi leading camels wakes the group, sent by Azeraphaele. The party rides the rest of the way to Peloch, entering the city in the late afternoon!!
