The Guild Hall, known as the Golden Hall or Tippler's Hall, is a beloved location in Peloch. This grand hall is only half dedicated to the pursuit of their craft. The other half is a large tavern, sharing and displaying all the finest works by the guild members. The guild is one of the larger landowners in the city, owning large tracts of farmland in Grainebrooke. This makes Guidmaster Osera a very powerful person in the city's politics.

Osera Bah Afaq is a fifth-generation Pelochian. Their mother was the guildmaster before them. Their family is predominantly dwarves, though their mother married a human, and they themselves are a Mul. They became the Brewmaster after developing a new recipe for a Golden mead called Honey Drop, which has become highly sought after in the city and beyond.
