Patches O'Peel

Patches O’ Peel was the first to see the all white Vault door and terminal in the side of Crown Point City Hall, deeming it a message from Vault-Tec.His prior employment as a Vault-Tec Representative before the war has caused a diehard belief that Vault-Tec had a back-up plan waiting to come into effect that would fix it all. Patches began declaring that the last Vault to open will have a perfected way of living with medicine to cure any sickness and restoring the world to a state better than what it was before the war.
