A heavy smokers voice rings from a tall woman with a bright green feather boa and pure white pre-war fur coat were it not for the patches of dried blood splattered lightly across it. A cloud of smoke follows her as well as the loud lingering cough. She keeps a steady supply of high end prewar clothes that she pawns as being part of the new fashion community of the past.
