The Legislature of the Elemental Coalition

Built on top of sacred land, the Legislature of the Elemental Coalition is a symbol of unity, hope, and co-operation. Due to the mission of the Coalition, the building itself and what it contains has become representative of their vision. Talks, including those marginally avoiding war, are constantly occurring here. Diplomas, guard, even Royalty are constantly aflutter. Outside, the island that once had the city the Mother Cyrene was born in. Now replaced by verdant trees, meadows, and clean rocky shores. In this way, it also symbolizes the power Elementals can have working together rather than segregated, as Cyrene used her abilities as a Nature Elemental to turn the city into the landscape it is today. A destructive and creative symphony of power. In the same way, so does the coalition. While the Coalition, while creating trade deals, may be their goal, the building was also the site of Roselle declaring war on the Old Tierran Empire and their allies. A disastrous act for the Coalition, but a moment forever etched into the halls of the legislature.

Purpose

The Legislature serves as a meeting point for the Coalition, and its member representatives, to meet and discuss various issues. On an isolated, most uninhabited island, the building is rarely seen by members of the public aside from footage shared in broadcasts. As such, the compound is largely composed of large meeting rooms, and some halls dedicated to allowing diplomats to have somewhere to eat and sleep between said meetings. Several rooms are for the mercenaries of the Coalition, and the guards that attend with the diplomats. A small landing pad allows for those arriving via Dragons to have a safe place to land surrounded by the forests outside, but most visitors arrive via enigma crystal portals.
