Kobolds (Kobold)
Kobolds (UA) are the descendants of dragonborn's, therefore, the descendants of mortals/Dragons. A small sect of Dragonborn's were cursed to live underground, spending thier lives tunnelling and not getting much sun.
Basic Information
Anatomy
kobold scales tend to be rust colored, although the
occasional kobold sports scale color more akin to
that of a chromatic or a metallic dragon. The roar
of a kobold can express a range of emotion:
anger, resolve, elation, fear, and more.
Regardless of the emotion the kobold expresses,
the roar resonates with draconic power.

Civilization and Culture
Naming Traditions
Naming traditions only came with society. When Kobolds first make thier way out of underground as children, they often take on a name passed down from generations, or something that the surface dwellers would give them.
Major Organizations
Its important to note that the dragons on dragon mountain still consider the Kobolds thier children. Especially as most of them seem to withhold the same values.
However, dragonborn culture is a little diffrent. Dragonborns see them as defects, a way they could be if they were cursed. In some dragonborn clans, or families, it is a way of making sure the children behave. They have become a story of nightmares. This has sometimes lead to the human community. Of course this is not all places, some are accepting, but in some of the more powerful human/dragonborn communities that are less in touch with the modern world, this is the case.
There is a small organisation of Kobolds who have detached from the whole to create a group of danica's followers. They go around the world trying to spread darkness.
There is also a small group of Kobolds and dragonborns that decided that they did not want to eat land animals and instead eat human/elves like they originally did, back before the dragons decided this was a very bad idea. They still carry on doing so and are often hunted down by authorities.
History
The First Kobolds were formed when Danica cursed dragonborns. They retreated underground and decided to tunnel to the rest of the world. If they were not going to continue thier purpose on ground, or over it, they would protect under it.
