Founding

The founding of the Otelan Empire. Dominated primarily by humans, they initiated the wars and thus were the first to be established.

While the Otelan kingdom was the first to assault another kingdom for their territory and resources, they would not be known as an empire for another four years. As they were the first to declare themselves an empire (greater than kingdoms, as the word appears to have been defined back then), they essentially declared their supremacy, instigating aggressive retaliation from the surrounding kingdoms, and forced other race's hands in following suit. This was a major event for Erelest as a result, for that singe declaration changed the intensity of war from then on.
