Warden James is a despicable man, who performs horrifying experiments on maximum security prisoners. He took over the position in the Crimson Dawn from Elbridge Miros, as Goat. Warden James is a very intimidating man, who can literally bend shadows to his will. When he enters a room, the darkness seems to intensify. He has discovered a way to perform surgery. He uses it to perform horrifying experiments. He thinks that Dragon is a fool and wishes to supplant him as leader of the Crimson Dawn. He sees no value in people apart from the knowledge that can be gained from them. He talks in a calm low voice.
