Pruina

The Kingdom of Pruina is home to the T'aldor Elves. T'aldor was banished from the rune forest after he scraped the bark off of the J'aelic tree. In Pruina they worship Drakosh, the Fey of winter and dark magic. The lands are viciously cold, and the elves who live here are very much like so. The magical artifact in this area is a corrupted piece of bark from the J'aelic tree. This piece of bark cursed the land and froze it over. Elves aren't allowed to leave the kingdom, unless sanctioned by the King. Any outsiders who attempt to enter the kingdom will immediately be met by the extreme temperatures, and one of the Border Guards.
