Jorganth (Yore-ganth)
One of the few remaining dragon on Terra, Jorganth lives underground in Scalveth. Jorganth was a powerful wizard who became an imperfect lich. A bit of him died each time that a phylactery died, which caused his mind to degrade. His phylacteries were his son and descendants. Jorganth's mind was brought to the edge and he snapped, having a seizure where he cast many magic spells at random, accidentally turning himself into a dragon.
