King Adelsten Axebeard
Adelsten Axebeard is the last king of Halvador, a Dwarven city-state located within the Seacross Peaks. After a dark elf incursion led to a years-long war with the Obscuran elves, the remaining dwarves were forced to scatter throughout Erde.
Adelsten has managed to keep a small group of his closest dwarves together and founded a small settlement in the eastern Verrat Range, just south of Arensat Swamp.
