Character Creation

CHARACTER CREATION

Character creation will be done in Roll20 where a character sheet will be assigned you.


NOT PERMITTED/RESTRICTED:
Chaotic Evil
Necromancers
Arcanist


To build your character follow the following Steps:   #1. Choose Epic Fantasy Point Buy (25 Points) for ability scores.
#2. We will be starting at level 1.
#3. If the CLASS or RACE is listed on d20pfsrd as core or can be found in the RACES or CLASSES section of ADDITIONAL PLAYER OPTIONS it is legal. Anything outside of the two options mentioned consult with your DM.
#4. Choose a Deity even if not a Cleric or Paladin.
#5. Pick 3 traits and a drawback.
#6. Select one item worth up to 2200 gp that you have as a family heirloom or something that is part of your background story.
#7. Write a background story that incorporates all of the information from 2-6. Have it turned into the DM before session 0 or your first session with the character.
#8. Pick 1 stat and increase it by 4 after session 0 when the DM tells you.
#9. What is interesting or cool about your character that the other players may react to and I can work in game?
#10. All of your characters know each other and are childhood friends. EXCEPTION: Characters after session 0 may not fall into this category.
#11. HP for first three levels are max then you will roll from that point on.
#12. You gain two extra skill points per level which can be spent on the following

Besides the item you choose in step 6, roll your starting gold for your class or choose to take the average it lists. In addition for 1 gold the town will provide you the following at character creation only:
Backpack
Tent
Rope
Whetstone
Torch
3 days rations
2 water skins.
