Tremont Gold rush
In the year 1633, a series of seismic events on the Tremont plateau opened new cave systems and gorges to the world, many of which where found to contain large amounts of precious metals. A gold rush ensued, with many would-be prospectors arriving in the deep woods entirely unprepared for the now famously dangerous Hoornwoods
