A elven woman about 400 years old (as of 1789), she is generally regarded as a kind ruler who concerns herself with welfare of her citizens and the prosperity of the town. This is further proved by the fact she moved to small provincial town from a reportedly lavish lifestyle in the capital in the 1650s.
