She'mi'sulahnir

She'mi'sulahnir is a rapier owned by Belchie the Dancing Dwarf. He inherited it from Simonas. During Simonas' funeral, The Big Bad Adventurers eavesdropped on a conversation between a lay-cleric and a pompous elf in which the latter was outraged that they had not been bequeathed She'mi'sulahnir. Although resistant to identification and magic detection, Belchie discovered during battle with Arch Duke Cordell that She'mi'sulahnir does have magical properties that enhance his bardic abilities.

The Pointed Blade that Sings

Must be attuned to by a bard. When you make a hit against a hostile target with this fine silver rapier, it vibrates, 'singing' a note that harmonises with the note made by the weapon impact. After landing a hit withthis weapon, you can immediately use a bonus action to use your bardic inspiration ability. If you do so, the beneficiary adds your proficiency bonus to the result of the inspiration die when they roll it.
