Modular Emergency Combat Apparatus
The Mobile Emergency Combat Apparatus (MECA) is a combat-retrofitted Modular Utility Platorm; often fitted with shields, armor, and heavy weaponry. MECAs are often used by fringe military organizations due to their inferior combat potential when compared to well-designed military fighting vehicles. It would be unwise to underestimate their combat potential, however, as the weapons they carry are just as deadly as those carried by their more specialized counterparts.
