Minor God HiLok (a.k.a. God of Trickery)
A blue skinned tiefling that first appeared after the Skull Lord. He appears to be a trickster at heart and part of some sinister plan to either take over the universe, create chaos universally, or simply destroy everything. Whether one of those would be preferable to the next is up to you. He has also shown signs of disloyalty to the one known as Slade, the bringer of balance.
At heart though he appears to be a high leveled magic caster with a few magical artifacts setting him apart from the next caster. So, if you can catch him off guard or without his fancy toys and spells he should be easy enough to defeat or even capture. At least that's the hope, right?
He appeared again on epicoon and is now traveling with the main party for the time being.
