Description

Myrrteek is the wind-woven capital of the Aarakocra, perched atop the towering Skyshard Bluffs. It is not a city in the traditional sense, but a collection of suspended platforms, rope-linked aeries, and skyroot dwellings, all tied together by song, spirit, and windcraft. Its structures are light, living, and in constant motion—much like its inhabitants.

Above all else, Myrrteek honors the principle: The Sky is Sacred.

Geography & Climate

  • Elevation: High-altitude cliffs and canopy platforms
  • Climate: Tropical alpine – humid mists, strong seasonal winds, mild temperatures
  • Surroundings: Towering cliffs, wind-hewn arches, drifting clouds, and leyline surges

Infrastructure & Technology

Myrrteek uses gravity-defying magic and wind-bound architecture:

  • Songshell Archives: Memory-encoded scrolls that open via tonal resonance

No paved roads or heavy construction exist—everything is light, open, and woven into the sky.
