Rao is the creater god who created all of Eos. He is the father of all the gods and the creater of men.
Rao created first his wife Lolth who then betrayed him and after the war he entered a deep slumber.
Rao was nearly killed in Paradiso by Roul and Oberon but, was saved By Jia and the other members of her group. He is currently awake in the active timeline
