Mama Wata was created by Rao during the war on Lolth. She was considered a masterful medic as well as a dangerous and deadly assasin.
She was the first deity to wander the earth and in mortal form. She traveled the world and teaches humans on medicines and shows up during deadly epidemics. her disguise is Madame Fu a member of the house of Fallen Leaves. It was sometime durin then that she rescued Crow or the feathered serpent from Macha's curse.
In the first timeline she was in the wildlands due to the outbreak that had happened there and acted as Jia's contact in the wildlands. Here she assisted the group in all of their fight against Edmund. She proved a very valuable friend
