Culla looks verry emaciated due to him only eating fruits and vegetables he harvests from teh Forrest and meditating for long periods of time.

Culla is slim with not much else going on physically.

Culla is the god of sleep and thus can put people to sleep as well as enter their dreams. Inside dreams he can mess with their psyche as well as other aspects of their lives. He can also shapeshift into a deer and other forest creatures.

Culla dresses mostly in rags or old elven tribal garb

Culla is the old elven god of sleep. First written records of him appear in the old elven holy scriptures of the druids where is mentions he was originally the god of nightmares but upon wedding and eating his sister the goddess of dreams he inherited all of sleep as his domain. This much is true about his mythological origin story but the first time he enters stories is during the Valmese expansion where he met Eizo's party and assisted them with defeating the sin beasts.   After defeating the sin beasts he went over to Reighns where eventually he would be enslaved under Queen Anne. He would become a revolutionary force and help fight back against slaving in the Country of Reighns and eventually fight for elven rights in the later years of the Reighnian empire.    He was recruited by the cult of shadows for his unique abilities being that he can put people to sleep and invade their dreams. He was promised that if he joined and helped then he would be able to help the elves obtain true freedom.   He was Partnered with Glaetea a silent deadly woman trained in the arts of war. The two got along well mostly because they preferred to stay by themselves and get things done independently rarely relying on the other. Culla and Galetea were sent to Reighns where Culla using his magic drove Alison to madness. They caused her to remove her support from the war. He would come into contact with the boner squad after they came to reigns. He put the party to sleep minus the elves which is where he met Yelena. She talked to him about Dalon and his ideals as a ruler and more importantly his Wife Branwyn who is an elf.   after meeting Yelena he has begun to show second thoughts
