Lich Keepers are liches that guard highest honored dead in sky whale temples.
They are half dead monks that live extended amounts of time

- Tending to the dead to ensure they slow decomposition
- protecting the husked corpse of the Sky Whale Temple of the dead
- Meditation and Prayer
Grounds for Removal/Dismissal
As they are monks they don't usually get dismissed due to devotion. Normally, if they break the oath or tenants they are usually killed to protect their secrets of their divine, however there are cases historically the reasons for wrath from The Lich directly are,
- Disrespecting him or his fellow enities
- desecration of high ranking dead such as royalty or bodies of divines human lives
- Necromancy must be practiced with care and only during religious ceremonies
