Dreg
Dreg is a form of sentient, non-biological beings that were created after the necessity arose to bridge the gap between non-sentient machines and biological creatures. With technological advancement, the Dreg have taken a role in society beyond being a simple mediator between machines and creatures and have flourished into their own, independent species.

Anatomy
The Dreg all stand approximately 6 feet tall. While they do attempt to take on a human like form, Dreg are built on a metal frame and can have a variety of looks, but still adhere to a standard humanoid construction.
Genetics and Reproduction
Dreg do not reproduce like all biological creatures do. They are simply manufactured and given a random personality upon assembly.
Growth Rate & Stages
Dreg do not age and do not experience life stages or any life cycle like any biological creature. Given the inconsistent data behind Dreg lifespan, it is unclear how long they live.
Biological Cycle
Dreg are normally unaffected by seasons or weather. Over time, a Dreg may experience a dulling or rusting of their outer shell and have the ability to easily swap out limbs and other parts for newer or upgraded components.
