Declaration of Ilddremay

The text defines the rules of leadership and law of Ilddremay.

It founds the first and only larger settlement on the island.

The document itself was displayed at the city hall in the centre of the city, where most governing matters were decided.

Sometime after the beginning of the dissolution of Fendrel. Tannatár Petroris made a proposal before the High council of Spheria, that to establish a separate outpost or city on another continent, would be in the people's best interest, so that those wanting to leave, had a safe place to go. After many weeks of deliberation and a public hold forum, where people could voice their thoughts on the matter. The council would grant Tannatár a special exploration permission, with the intent of making an outpost elsewhere. Under the condition that they would get to approve the founding document of this new settlement.

Tannatár went to work, and within a couple of weeks he had the first draft of the declaration of Ilddremay. It only took a few revisions for the council to approve it.

After that the recourse gathering began, and the collection of people interested in leaving. It took only a few months before they left.

The document sets the island of Ilddremay as its own governing entity under Tannatár Petroris.

Which allows resources and people a way to get safely away from Fendrel, and the chance to start a new.
