The Videns study the arts and practices of predicting the future, but also practice the arts of seeing the past. With their abilities they are frequently sought by rulers to guide their path.

Guildhall: The Oculus
- Rumors say that within the walls of the Oculus, the Videns hide a library that contains the entire written record of the future. If it exists, its is so guarded that its existence is not known by any but the highest among the Videns.
- The Videns produce primarily devices that either allow one to see the future or the present at a great distance but these are few and far between and not trusted to outsiders.
History
It was the Videns that predicted calamity if the the Godholmes attempted to contact the Aesir, but the members of the council ignored their warnings. They passed this information to the Godholme of Skali before the spell was cast.
