The Godholme of Skali
The Godholme of Skali is the largest site for religious worship and leadership of the people of Enga. As the only remaining Godholme after the Aesir destroyed the Godholme of Ulf and the Godholme of Salas during The Breaking, it has become the only source of religious guidance throughout Enga. This has seen a massive shift in power to the city, allowing its leaders to sway the decisions of Jarldom’s worldwide.

3068 B.B. - The Gothi begin to organize the temples and leadership structure of the city as it grows.

2992-2973 B.B. - The Arrogant Revels
- A cult forms around the worship of Loki. The cult grows, promoting a chaotic approach to life and the acting on whims. Over the course of 15 years, the cult grows to be one of the largest worshiping groups in the city, but is not officially sanctioned. When the Gothi eventually reject its inclusion in the cities administration, there are riots. The “Temple Guards” put the riot down hard, killing almost 300 people. The Hoystr Gothi order the cult dismantled and over the remaining few years it is systematically eliminated. The Hoystr Gothi prohibit worship of Loki and dismantle his temple to prevent similar future occurrences.

2623-2615 BB - The Quickening
- A plague rages in the city. Its primary effect is hyperactivity to the point that the infected become completely exhausted and die. For 8 years it ebbs and flows, eventually killing almost 3 of every 4 people in the city.
2615 BB - Population reduced to 5,825.
2561-1585 BB - The Greater Peace
- A period of relative peace and growth in the city. No wars or strife, no issues or political upheavals during this period. Most people say it was boring.
Geography
- Land Area: No Jarldom can claim rights to the Godholme despite bordering the city. The area around the city out to 100 miles is property of the city and is used only for the cities purposes.
