Scoldarne
These felines are native to the low arid foothills of the Western barrens. They are solitary predators weighing around 60 lbs.
They are sandy in colour with unique rosette patterns to keep them camouflaged.
They are notable for their ability to stalk prey relentlessly until the prey animal is too exhausted to continue.
They are incredibly single-minded and unless they spot another creature that is obviously easier prey than the one they are focused on, they will not be deterred.
This method of hunting means that, unlike other wild felines, they do not stick to specific territories, and will fight one another to defend their right to a prey animal or their kill.
