After a fraud oracle failed to deliver the truth for the Dragonbreath Alehouse, a large company in Kelmore, legal action was taken to guarantee companies and individuals safety against so-called diviners by banning the practice altogether. However, this has led to an increase in illegal divination, and now those desperate enough will risk trips to risky locations in order to have their fortunes read, now much more likely to run into trouble with those who are already breaking the law.
