Ultra-Growth Modulator

A small powered device that can alter the size of the user. Using a minor action the user activate the device and grow one size category larger. They become the average height & weight of that category. Their Strength and Endurance grows by 6, their Perception lowers by 6 and they take a penalty of 12 to Dodge. The device consumes 1 PU per minute while activated. Once deactivated the user immediately shrinks to their normal size. The unit comes standard with a Mass Retention Regulator.   When implanted as a cybernetic, the user can instead burn their own energy to power the modulator. It can be activated for the equivalent of 1 PU to give a temporary -2 to Endurance to user. This debuff persists until the user receives Medical Leave and is cumulative for each activation.   When growing, the user can only grow up to the size allowed by the environment. If the environment would restrict any growth, the user can choose to make a Hard STR save versus restricting barrier to burst through.   Prolonged use of the stimulants takes a toll on the user’s body. For every 10 minutes of use within a 24-hour period, the user gains 1 level of exhaustion. These minutes accumulate and do not need to be consecutive.
