Effect
A cone of fire pulses from the mage with a violent speed and strikes a target within range. The target must make as easy PER save or take 10 Fire damage. For each third level after the first that the caster possesses increase the save success category by one.
Side/Secondary Effects
By spending twice the number of successes, the caster can choose a target within 28 meters, increase the save success category by one and deal 24 damage instead.
