Faith

Faith is a resource used to let divine entities use you as a conduit for their power. Be it a god, angel, or powerful restless spirit. Faith allows you to interact with the spiritual realm by bridging the planar gap through devotion and study.

Piety

All characters generate piety according to their actions. The Gamemaster should make sure to reward piety for actions such as;

Devotion

This is a measure of loyalty that a character has attained with certain Spiritual beings, usually the gods. Devotion gives you bonus faith per day and godly favors. Devotion is increased by spending Piety.
Each religion has its own Devotion bonus at 3rd, 6th, and 9th levels of devotion. Also, every level of devotion proceeds along a devotion level tree.
