General Physical Condition
A very tall and slim old man with a warming smile and a voice made of silk.
Body Features
A large scar running along the entirety of the left thigh is only one of the prizes he brought from his military service, to this day, he is visibly limping when walking.
Facial Features
A very thick and big beard and mustache are the dominating features of his face, with his eyes being somewhat hidden beneath the layer of wrinkles.
Apparel & Accessories
Outside of ceremonies and other religious rituals he can be seen in smart clothing with bleak colors, usually a combination of different gradients of grey and white.

Personal history
Born on a poor, agrarian space colony orbiting an unremarkable star, he joined the military at an age of 15 after an intense argument with his father that left them separated forever. In the military, he became a strong believer of The Word as well as quickly learning of the horrors that a mechanical soldier can unleash during a few skirmishes with the martian marine corps. He was honorably discharged from the army at the age of 35, after receiving a crippling fracture on his left leg. After being released from the military he spreads his newfound fear of the machine, quickly getting in contact with The Custodians of Purity, after that he quickly rose through their ranks, and after 10 years of membership, multiple plots against his competitors and a giant stroke of luck he managed to achieve the position of the Apostle, the highest possible rank in the organization. It has to be said that his success was partly due to the death of his wife, because thanks to that he became much more focused on his involvement in the organization.

Accomplishments & Achievements
After becoming the Apostle he reformed the Custodians, significantly increasing their effectivity, he also led the successful campaign against the Tarlon Technocracy
Failures & Embarrassments
It is said that during his campaign against the Tarlon Technocracy a single specimen of the Artificial Intelligence has somewhat survived, this brings a great deal of distress to Medvedev, altho he seems to be close to closing this little stain on his record.

Motivation
He dedicates most of his life, energy, and recourses into preventing a creation of a true Artificial Intelligence, because, for him, it means the true end of the human race.
Likes & Dislikes
He does enjoy a quiet place to rest, with a bottle of wine and a good book, he also enjoys watching his grandchildren grow up, as well as visiting them and playing with them. While he has a somewhat extravagant taste of music and art, he is always open to new experiences. The only thing he really hates are androids, robotic beings and anything related to those.
Vices & Personality flaws
He grieves over a loss of his loved one, his wife died a few years ago in an "incident", this event left him lost for a long time the whole ordeal climaxing in him isolating himself in his room for several weeks, who emerged from the room after that, was a man that was very different from the one that entered.
