Commander Rook
Commander Rook is in charge of Ponte's forces. The Althenan city and their environs on the east coast of Althena was a target for raiders, and the city itself eventually the first target for the Bravian invaders.
Rook was sent out by Governor Quesith to bring the party to him when they first entered the city, to be questioned about their intentions. If given an excuse, Rook would have mercilessly executed the party. Even after the party aided Ponte and Althena, Rook never trusted the party.
