Frost Axman

Created in 1094 to serve as guards for Bitterdark Mines and Everdark Mines , these heavy axman are tough, rugged warriors. These heavy shock infantry wear a warm woolen gambison, covered then by chainmail Halburks, and finally layered fur cloaks to keep them warm in the frozen wastes they patrol.

Typically carrying large two handed frost bite axes, originally used for felling large trees- or beasts, it matters little to them.

These warriors are sworn to House Ironhelm , and are paid well for thier loyalty; up to 5 silver pieces per week.
