Overview
The Oan-Toturea Movement or Preservers Movement, are a criminal organization designated as a terrorist group which originated from Rodeskus. Their actions are motived by preserving the natural state of celestial bodies and the belief that heavily damaging or modifying them constitutes as desecration. As such, they primarily target extensive mining operations and terraforming projects. They have since decried numerous organizations such as the Government of the Coalition and have declared a holy war against them. Due to the religious nature of the group, the Colodone Empire has been accused of secretly funding the movement, which the they have denied.History
Beginnings During the protests in wake of the announcement of the Jaan Deep Excavation Project. A particular protest leader, Kerist-Ala Monfounic had begun preaching a more extremist version of the Rodeskian religion and slowly gained followers. This group was named Oan-Toturea which is the ancient Yhanian word for preserver. Oan-Toturea had made several bomb threats to space agency buildings. And even after the cancelation of the Jaan Deep Excavation Project, the Oan-Toturea had slowly gain more support. OAP 10 Incident In 10 BCF, various key members of the Orbital Ring project in Annex-2 were kidnapped by an unknown party, including a prestigious Taldarian architect and designer, Barthan Thih Red. The unknown party had revealed itself to be the Oan-Toturea Movement which had publicly claimed responsibility for the kidnappings. They threated to kill the hostages if the unless they stopped the construction of the Orbital Ring, since it was using and disassembling the rings of Annex-2 for materials. Due to the kidnapping of Barthan Thih Red, this event had almost have sparked an international incident with the Taldarians and would have halted the formation of the Universal Coalition. Fortunately, the rescue operation had successfully saved the hostages and the crisis was averted. Recent Activity Approximately 3 days after the spread of the Jaan demolition hoax, a bomb was found next to a governmental office on Cratercore City. As a result, the surrounding area was evacuated and team was sent to disarm the bomb. However, midway during the disarming process, the bomb had been remotely deactivated. The deactivation had coincided with the Coalition Government declaring that the order to destroy Jaan was a hoax. Soon after, the bomb was disassembled and its parts were stored. It is believed that the bomb's planter is an individual named Param Seta, their current whereabouts are unknown.
