Petros Peritas

Jat Taos, Zejat Kresh

Mental characteristics

Personal history

Grew up in Unvayd, a walled port city in Iozan known for its lawlessness and violence.

Press ganged along with some of his siblings at an early age by the Inner Sea Reavers. The ship he was aboard, the Three Moon Shadow, was one of the most famous pirate ships across the Inner Seas. It was known for targeting normally untouchable ships, such as Ashqyavasi naval ships. Given the empire's extreme response to being provoked, other Reavers disliked the Three Moon Shadow and it's captain, Morias Callast.

After Captain Callast killed his brother Thél, Pétros betrayed his violent captain eventually by feeding information to Kyawas leading to their ship and crew being captured. Pétros was given citizenship at a higher jat and a small plot of land for his help.

Pétros was the only one spared from his crew, despite the original agreement he had set with the emerald auditor Metvaris; Pétros' siblings also aboard the ship were treated like all the other crew, shackled and lead away to an unknown fate. Unable to get information about his sibling's fates after they were taken away by the Bureau of Audits, he eventually settled in Kyawas, working for merchants to help deliver things by sea. Eventually he fell into the underworld once again, finding new opportunities as a smuggler.

Pursuing Metvaris

The Auditor, Metvaris, that pursued us through the streets is the one who took my brother long ago off the ship.     Jimmy gives me some information that Metvaris is still in town. He is gold auditor who is more of a leadership. He goes to the sanctorium often. He visits the maladori ruins occasionally down by the soul tower. The maladori are an ancient and magically advanced race.   In the ruins there is a large network of underground tunnels where the most valuable ruins are likely to be. There are stories of monsters living in these "delves".   Alexy found documents that they're using slave labor to harvest ruins in the delves.
