A renowned Atlantean poet, singer, actress, and playwright, Narrena Cahri, founds the first Bard's College. The success of the College causes the leaders of Atlantis to appoint Narrena as the nation-state's first Minister of Culture. Narrena serves as cultural minister until her election as Primarch in 1A 7810.
