The Surge
The Surge is a night club on the third floor, lit up by moving neon lights coming from staffs embedded into the walls that are continuously casting dancing lights and faerie fire. There are booths surrounding a large strobing dance floor with booths along the walls of the club. Upon entering, guests will see a bar to the left serving drinks. The Surge is always packed with guest on the dance floor, including a small Locathah named James Pond in the middle of a dance circle. Also among the crowd are Captain Alloy and the instructor for the Zumba class.
