The Southern Docks
Large piers jut out of a wooden dock nestled in the southern bay of Veltia. Many large and small ships are anchored there, bobbing up and down in unison. As ships approach they are swarmed by dockhands, tying down and laying ramps for docking ships. Normally the dock overseer would check down the ship name and manifest for the Packer records, but today it is the young Illigan Packer himself, greeting passengers and noting ship arrivals. The southern port is for passenger ships.
