He looks different from the other drones.  

I suggest that we go to the 20 chip table and no one objects. We go there with Dave and Katya and a guy who didn't talk. Neither did the dealer. I asked Dave what his deal wasa , or whater, but he stayed silent. Instead, Katya explained that he was navy. She could tell based on the way he rolled up his sleaves. Same with Cedric, cause he used to be navy too.

I had a lot of fun playing poker, but I don't think I understood the rules really that well. My ancestors didn't really know either. I got this really good hand for one time, then I got a really simliar hand so Trillby told me to go all in but I don't think I knew what that was, so I bet a bunch of my money.   Turns out, this hand wasn't tht good. Also Katya told me that I was smiling really big and I think she was TRICKEd by my enthusiasm. So everyne spent all their money and Brilliance won all of it cause he's got the luck of the flame or something. Maybe I should be concerned.   Then we went over to the table with the weird magidrone. He had a buy in of 1000 but Cedric didn't let me join it. Instead we just talked to him at the table. He told us that he would pay us handsomely if we got something for him, from the janitorial closet. We'd already been there and found some weird box and turns out that what he was looking for. So we gave it to him and he gave us 1000.   Don Bomble likes cowboys. That's why Clay Steel is a cowboy, even though Clay doesn't know what a cowboy is. All of the magidrones are part of a hivemind underneath Don Bomble, so Clay is Don Bombles idea of what a cowboy is.   Trillby explains what a cowboy is: someone half cow, half boy. a minitour it's sometimes called. And it's trapped in a labyrinth to keep the king safe.   Clay mentions his friend, but says he can't say who it is, but we'll kn0w it when we see it. Clay's off the blockchain.   we need to get 40k to get to the VIP where his friend is. Glim bibble was here??!?!! I mention him cause I thought that Clay said hall of goblins (it was hall of golems) and clay told me not to say anymore. So Glim Bibble has something to do with this place.   Then I explain the story of Glim Bibble. No one asks me why I left the mountain.  

Oberon Theater

This is a huge open air theater. In the center, a staff projects hallucinatory terrain which makes it look open air, cause it's still inside. there's a wide stage where magidrones are dressed like cowboys. A satyr with dark skin and a black trunkhose is directing the magidrones as they attempt to act out a scene. It's awful and we talk to the satyr after. I offer to him do the play so we can get more chips. The human characters are the evil headmaster, the brave cowboy, and the child sorcerer. Cedric gives a few lines as the headmaster, cause I said he could do that one well. He tries to do the lines the first time, but it sucks. The second time he NAILS it.   The play is about the founding of the Casino, it's called Don Bomble's rebellion. The headmaster is trapping the students to drain the of their power. All the students get their own golems to carry their books and help them do stuff. One kid gets his golem, and that one's fully sentiant, which isn't nromal. That magidrone singlehandedly defeats the headmaster with the help of the child sorcerer and the brave cowboy.   The play is 100% about Glim Bibble, even though no one seems to know who he is.   Day 4  

The Play

the young sorcerer creates the Dom Bomble with his magic. it's me bomble, the ultimate form with the power of the cowboy and the young sorcerer, with the power of the bomble they awaken the rest of the golems and fight through the magical college up to Hamull. (played by Ced) Hamur has the abilty to change reality with Global theatre. The cowboy bard steals global theater and uses it as it owns. Don bomble says "now with the power of my friends we shall vanquish you" young sorcer and bard turn the tide o the fight glim says his iconic line: gifts are meant to commemorate celebration and I am that celebration then Don Bomble blomble-blasts the headmaster. Don Bomble blasts a full actual lightning bolt at Cedric.  

Gym

We pay 10 chips for siege training and get +5 to strength  

Sauna

since we have the money and the strength boost, we go to the sauna to fight oshiro. He gets out of his suit to don his assless chaps. and we bet 1000 chips   As the fight starts, Brilliance Daerren and I realize that there are spells being cast on Oshiro-- Enhance ability and Guidance. I teleport to the halfing casting one of the spells and attempt to scare her, but it doesnt' work. So we end up in a small fist fight, which I get a hit in for, but still can't break concentration. Daeren attacks the other guy, so Oshiro loses guidance. Somehow, Toga succeeds. He wins 2000 and we dcide to go to  

Untold Fortunes

Marilka gets to get her fortune read this time.   I step into his tent and he starts to float with his orb   a great darkness dwells within you... etc

Upon entering the casino, we were forced to surrender our clothing and weapons. In exchange, they gave us new clothes and a promise we wouldn't be attacked. I don't believe that, but I don't need a dagger to take blood.   Day 1:

Roulette: lost 22 chips, not good at this

The Contagion:

The dive bar swirled with color as blaring punk music filled the air. We found Alloy again (he'd disappeared in the lobby) and he'd won 200 chips playing beer pong and other drinking games. While there, we spend 50 chips to enter a drinking competition (toga is our champ) and he wins even more chips.

Untold Fortune: Toga won the rock-paper-scissors, so he got his fortune told. His creation was a mistake. whatever that means

Sauna:

Found Captain Oshiro doing sumo wrestling, but weren't able to challenge him bc papa don't play for less than a rack. Instead we relax and Brilli and I detox from the Don's Delight   At the end of the day, we go to our rooms. Alloy and I get a double room, and the quasit gets a bed made by all the robots. We also realize there's no mention of check out   Afterwards, Day 2:  

garden tour

a magidrone leads us around the greenhouse and tells us about the plants. grass, tree, cockroach.. he's not very knowledgeable. This was originally an outdoor area, but it was put indoors when the building transported realms. A spell is used to make it seems like sunlight is streaming through the glass walls and ceiling, but it's literally indoors. The grass speaks "i am the enchanted grass of siddvari. I am not at liberty to say more" I try to ask it more questions, or get it to repeat itself, but it only moves around. Cedric tells me not to waste my detect thoughts on it, he thinks it only knows how to say those two things. There's also a tree with a face on it, "I am Oberon, ask me a question. "That grass is,,, grass. long ago a student of siddvari played a prank on the freshman and made the grass speak."   +5 to int checks  

trivia night

wooden picnic tables all around the room, magidrone at a podium. 100 chips to enter as a team, we got all the answers right since we had that +5, then answered an arcana trivia question. We win 400 chips.  

the surge

nightclub on the third floor of the casino. we hear from a random person that alloy is there. ceiling is lit by magic staves that are casting faerie fire and dancing lights. it's JAM PACKED with guests. In the center of a dance circle is a fishman and alloy going crazy on it. The crowd chants their names: Alloy and James.  

the perfect pitch

the whole ceiling is an aquarium and in the middle of the room is a row of four seats. a human, a gnome, and two magidrones sit there. a magidrone called barry booze is on stage introing the Perfect pitch, which seems to be a televised shark tank dupe. The human judge is Mark Cuban. We pitch Musical Chaireoke and the judges lovve it. Mark Cuban explains what equity is, and wins the deal, giving us 600 chips, 75% equity, and an annual profit of 400. I accepted the deal and Mark Cuban makes eye contact and I watch as a strange metal carriage crashed through the door and hits Mark Cuban-- killing him instantly.   We go back to the rooms and get a family style feast of ohio food: skyline chilli, deviled eggs, and buckeyes. which gives us +5 to con for the rest of the day.   day 3:   We talked the night before about cashing out, and why we didn't have to pay to get here. It seems really implausible that this business runs at all, but we can't figure it out. We ask about cashing out at the front desk in the morning, but they say we can spend the chips at the novelty counter.  

novelty counter

a bunch of prizes all around the room. a ship in a bottle with a blue orb as a cork for 40k. a 40k ticket to VIP. bag of holding. I recieve a vision^1 he tells us we can cash out at the armory.   we leave the novelty counter and i ask Daeren privately if he knows the imagery from the vision, but he doesn't so I explain it to everyone. No one knows.  

Janitorial closet

theres a sign that says don't go in, but we knock and no one answers so we go in. There's mostly just cleaning supplies and perfumes. Cedric finds a trap door and pulls out something weird. it's like a magidrone part. he says that when he casted see invisibitity, something was there. I feel like... something is muddled in my brain. Like static ringing after an explosion. We all feel like something is wrong... missing from our perception. We try out alter self and it works. We walk out. I look like Mark Cuban and Cedric looks like Don BOmble. but a magidrone comes to us and asks Cedric (as don bomble) to connect to the system and Cedric gets caught impersonated him. Cedric turns into James Pond and gives the 220 fee for impersonating Don Bomble.  

Book Club:

A magidrone in the center of the room with a bingo tumbler. it's got a bunch of chairs and table. the floor creaks as we walk over it, which is on purpose. there's also drinks on a table and a tapestry that depicts a girl reading a book. Beneath the tapestry, a book club discusses a book (Kelvin 270) and the weird ending. a foreign man escapes the flash freezing of a city and a gathering of worshippers of the flame accept them as their own. Katya Gatnem, head of the book club, announces the next book is a detective novel. this is the bookish woman I tried to rob in the contagion on the first day. She isn't the lady on the tapestry. The new book is called *A Night in Megacarpolis*. She's been on the boat for six months. She came to the casino to learn how to play poker, just like her favorite spy James Pond. Now, she's super good at playing poker. We ask about history, and she says that the Oberon theater is working on a pay about the history of this place. We also look around the bookshelves. Cedric finds some books. Toga and I want to help, so he puts me on his shoulders and I find a book that looks relevent. It's a students guide to Siddvari.   We decide to go play poker with Katya. also Toga rolls a 54 on luck (idk wht that do)
