Black Market
A set of tents set up by vendors selling nefarious goods. The location of Black Market changes every day, with the vendors traveling along the Veltian Sewers in order to remain unseen. They buy and sell their illegal wares, making certain customers aware of their location each day. Their tents allow them to collapse and scatter through the tunnels at a moments notice. The most notorious of these vendors is the dastardly Madam Minerva, owner of The Dark Web.
