Session 28, A Deal is Struck

Last time, after making landing on Erumalda, helping Balran's father complete his tithe, and saving a group of elven refugees, our intrepid adventurers ventured into the faewild to the capital of the summer court. The city of Granan was vast and full of splendor, with a crier yelling of jaberwocks in the Lily pad forest, and a bizarre market full of strange and colorful wares. Syrandis provided them with passage into the Summer Queen's palace for the weekly ball. The group mingled with party guess, played their instruments, and sussed out a nefarious plot all of which led to speaking with the summer queen to beseech her help with the plight of the Drekkin. After tense negotiations, Loro & Gorthak both reached out to the divine to seek their aid. Godreki promised to provide an army of Drek Guard Warriors to the summer queen, as long as Gorthak was the one to lead them when his journey came to an "end." Gorthak agreed, and kept the fact that he was bound to this pact to himself. We pick up now with the group exiting the portal and Syrandis giving his farewell.
