Order of the Searing Gauntlet
As the world falls to chaos and war, a group of radical Torm worshipers has begun to grow. These warriors take a hardline approach from the primary religious order of Torm, the Order of the Gauntlet, as these have a particular hatred towards necromancy. It's said that this order was formed to quell the vampire menace and has been doggedly pursuing any of them deemed necromancers and dangerous witches. While it's true that they've silenced threats like vampires, liches, and other undead abominations, many see them as a frightful organization of fanatical zealots.
The Order of the Searing Gauntlet is symbolized by a plated gauntlet holding a radiant flame in an open palm. Any faithful member of the Searing Gauntlet wears at least one gauntlet with an engraving of a silver gauntlet holding aloft a flame made of bronze metal. At present, the members of the order have been fighting to stave off the undead threat from the less-defended territories of the empire. The Grandmaster of the order and his knights of the inner circle are said to be having a major meeting with the Order of the Gauntlet, and it has been the speculation of many commoners and nobles alike.
