Aasimar

Aasimar are humanoids sometimes born as children of other species that generally look very much like their parental species, though sometimes with a different skin or eye colour. Aasimar count celestial beings somewhere in their ancestry and their differences are due to that celestial heritage. It is common for Aasimar to hear or feel the influence of their celestial, or perhaps divine, connections in their daily lives. Sometimes they hear voices or have visitations in their dreams. This often causes Aasimar to gravitate to divine service in their lives, or to seek out wrongs or injustices to confront. Whether this is because they are guided to buy their celestial influences or not is not always clear.

Aasimar are sometimes able to manifest wings and halos, further setting themselves apart from the people they live amongst.
