Lizardfolk from Ik-Batir swear fealty to the dragons.

When black and green dragons came to Ik-Batir, the lizardfolk could either fight to defend their home, or submit to the much more powerful force of the dragons. The chose the later, willingly serving the dragons as kings, or even gods. They paid tribute to the dragons and build temples to them in the swamp, the ruins of which still stand today.
