The dragonborn arrive on Eltcarem's eastern coast from Berechan.

The dragonborn were created by the dragons on the continent Berechan during the Dawn Age. They were made to be servants to their draconian creators. After the War of the Dragons, chromatic dragonborn followed their masters across the sea to Eltcarem. They begin creating settlements along the coast, slaughtering humans, halflings, and anyone else who lived there, all as the bidding of their dragon overlords.
