Kyllmyrr
Kylmyrr sits as the northernmost large settlement in the dominance of Syltannia. It sits at the mouth of the river Sa Gyor. Its position at the mouth of the river makes it the ideal trading hub for the material the comes out of the Wverndun Mountians. While not as large as Arkgow, the city is known as one of the most well defensible cities in the Orvulian Empire. When the Orvulian Empire was still expanding within Selendaar, Kyllmyrr stood between the burgeoning empire and the expanse of Jjyorkvald.
Demographics
The main population of the city are humans, this far south the population of Ohanedin diminishes considerably. Kyllmyrr has a unique distinction of being a particularly large center of population for Gnomes, Halflings, and Dwarves. A full quarter of the city's population is comprised of the 'shorter' races.
Government
The city is overseen by a council of 7 members, each member is directly elected from the seven districts of the city. A general overseer is appointed by the Syltannian government, who along with the council runs the city.

Infrastructure
The city is comprised mainly of stone structures, due to its monopoly on shipments of raw material down the river Sa Gyor. With this monopoly the city has significant infrastructure directly associated with the refinement of these materials.
Architecture
Most buildings in the city are constructed of stone, wooden structures exist on the edges of the outer city. The structures in the inner city, or the old city, is stark and almost feels like a fortress. The oldest building in the city is known as 'the observatory' it is a low structure, with an obloid sphere-shaped roof, on the inside are the representations of the constellations.
Geography
The land rises up with hills near Kyllmyrr producing substantial cliffs near the city, the river Sa Gyor provides one of the few harbors along this section of the coast. The old city sits atop a peninsula that juts into the water, surrounded on nearly all sides by cliff walls that range from 3 meters to 15 meters in height.
