Orna
Orna is a representative of the Mage Counsel in Upper Preschwall who is known to do whatever is necessary to advance their own agenda or opinions, regardless of the impact on other people's livelihood or well-being.
Throughout Scarlett Knight's trial, Orna dressed immaculately in their Mage Counsel representative robes (purple collared with a thin, long silver chain) and would not speak to anyone other than the judge, other representatives of the Mage Counsel, and the Rutar.
